Dr. Carolina Blanco To Teach Girls Club ZOOM on Scoring Upsets

Carolina is one of the earliest supporters of our Girls Club Room initiative, which began with our live events, and later inspired our online sessions. Carolina was also a guest on our Ladies Knight podcast, where she talked about her work in the girls clubs as well as a dentist, where she even offers chess design braces.

Carolina is originally from Venezuela, and has previously offered lessons on Chess and Spanish. In Thursday's class, she'll focus on an evergreen topic: how to approach facing higher rated players. Or in other words, how to score upsets!
