28th Annual Denver Rocky Mountain Chess Camps: June 6-10, 2022  (Denver) – full and half day options - and July 5-7, 2022  (Denver)

All abilities and ages. 8:1 Staff-Student ratio.  Participants will be taught scorekeeping, etiquette, tournament preparation, logical thinking and strategic planning for all the phases of the game. Magnus Academy Camps in Northern Virginia and Maryland: every week from June 13 through August 22

Our chess camps are made for everyone! We've taught more than 100,000 kids of all skill levels, from beginners learning the rules up to state and national champions. Campers are broken up in groups by skill level for lessons that range from the basic rules to master games, openings, endgames, and tactics. Students will build upon their skills by playing practice games against other students. At the end of the week, each camper will receive a t-shirt and their very own chess set! Magnus Academy Online Camps: every week from June 13 through August 26

Our online chess mini-camps and workshops are a fun way to spend a day or a week!  Camps have a mixture of live lessons, practice games, and puzzles.  On the last day of camps there's a tournament!  Campers are divided by skill so that everyone gets useful lessons and fair games.  

A few more things to know: 

* Ages 5-14 Maximum of 8 students per group, and each group has its own instructor * Students are grouped by skill, so we welcome all levels from brand new beginners to strong tournament players! * No equipment required - everything is online * Different summer camps will have different themes, so students who attend a bunch of weeks of camp will get to learn new things each week!  See below for details.

20th Annual Mid-South Summer Chess Camp, Memphis: June 19-25, 2022

International Chess Academy's (ICA) beloved WFM Hana Itkis is running MASTERMINDS CHESS CAMP, a weeklong camp this summer in Brooklyn, NY.  We are very excited to announce that Hana has decided to launch MASTERMINDS CHESS CAMP, in Park Slope, with the goal in mind of providing a top level, creative chess summer program for kids in Brooklyn.The event is scheduled for the week of July 25, and we hope to see some of our NYC-based ICA students participating!

Daily Chess Musings Free Online Summer Camps: June 13-17, July 11-5, August 8-12

The three Daily Chess Musings Free Online Summer Chess Camps will be held during the weeks of June 13-17, July 11-15 and August 8-12. During each camp, we will spend six hours on chess activities per day from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm Pacific Daylight Time. Children who participate will receive instruction from FM James Eade, FM Kevin Pan, FM Eric Li, GM Mackenzie Molner, attacking maestro Francisco Anchondo, top chess author Lauren Goodkind and CCM Chris Torres. All those who complete the camp will receive a certificate of achievement and lots of special prizes will also be awarded for top performers in different categories. 2022 Caveman Chess Camp, July 17-July 22 at Elmhurst University, Elmhurst, IL

Caveman Chess Camp provides a week of high-quality instruction and chess-related activities featuring some of the world’s premier players and teacher. 2022 instructors include Grandmasters Aleksander Lenderman, Alex Yermolinsky, Dmitry Gurevich, and Fide Master Kevin Bachler.
