World Junior Chess Champs for Players with Disabilities Underway

The World Junior Chess Championship for Players with Disabilities began on July 9th in Cherry Hill, NJ with an opening ceremony, and will span through July 14, Sunday. FM Ilia Lipilin of Russia defends his title at the third edition of the event. This year's competition attracted 16 players from eight countries, with more female participants than previous editions including Viktoria Krasivskaya (Russia) and Anna Miller (USA).
