Team Rooms for SuperNationals VIII: Reservation Window Opens Soon!

Team rooms for SuperNationals VIII will open for reservation on Monday, March 24, 2025.  We will leave the registration system open for one week and will close it at 5:00pm EDT on Monday, March 31, 2025. Reservations can be made after that time, but are not guaranteed for room consideration. The direct link to reserve a room is here.

A list of available team rooms may be found here.  Maps of the convention center may be found at this link.  More information about the tournament, including the playing areas that will be used, may be found at the tournament website.

Please note the new team room Policies and Procedures. A signed copy of this form must be returned to Click here to show email address before assignment is guaranteed.

Group size determines priority, but any group may request a room

Any group, no matter how few players it intends to bring, may request a team room.  Priority will be given to groups with at least 15 players.  If there are additional rooms after all groups with at least 15 players have been given space guarantees, additional space guarantees will be offered to groups of less than 15 players until there is either no more demand or no more supply.

Team Spaces

We have 59 team rooms available this year.  Due to limited space, we will not be able to offer any auxiliary Team Spaces.

More information

There will be an updated help video linked with the team room information on the event website. Please review that video prior to making reservations.

It is a significant challenge to make team rooms at national events as accessible as possible while maintaining a manageable system.  US Chess will continue to monitor the system and make changes as we deem necessary.  We thank you for your understanding as we continuously work to improve your players' experiences at our events. We hope that the new reservation system implemented this year will be easy for all to use.
