Jianchao Zhou Repeats as 2024 Grand Prix Winner

Finishing in clear first place, GM Jianchao Zhou won the US Chess 2024 Grand Prix with 699.529 tournament points. GM Fidel Corrales Jimenez was second with 334.705 points, ahead of GM Awonder Liang in third with 198.633 points. Zhou bested his 2023 finish by over 130 points, while Corrales finished as runner-up once again. Last year's third-place finisher, GM Mikhail Antipov, finished this year in fourth with 192.992 points, just behind Liang.

Zhou earns $5,000 for his first-place finish, with Corrales taking home $2,500 for second and Liang $1,000 for third. The top ten finishers for the 2024 Grand Prix are detailed below:
