Flash Report: 30 (Co-)Champions Crowned Across 13 Grades in Orlando

Dalton Seniors win for tenth consecutive time, Oak Hall and Speyer win three grade sections each, Columbia Grammar wins 2 sections. Kyle Wang (sixth grade) and Mehmet Yilanli (Kindergarten) are perfect at 7–0!

Perhaps only the fire marshal’s limiting of players prevented a new attendance record in Orlando this year. There were a total of 2,405 players from 41 states (plus some from the territories and foreign countries), who played in 13 different sections. And now, 30 of them can claim the title of National (co-) Champion!

The largest section was the 277-player fifth grade section. The kindergarten section was the smallest, with only 87 playing.

The complete final results can be found here. Below are a list of the individual and team winners for each grade. Note: where co-champions are listed, they are listed in tiebreak order. All photos by Caroline King.
