US Chess Hires Emanuel London as IT Project Manager/Developer

Emanuel London has been hired as our new IT Project Manager/Developer. Emanuel will be overseeing the next phase of infrastructure development at US Chess as we look to update the ratings system for better integration with our other systems. Emanuel also brings Drupal and CiviCRM skills to US Chess that will enable us to optimize features from these platforms that we currently do not use. 

Emanuel taught himself to play chess as a child in order to be able to understand a weekly column in his local newspaper and in the process fell in love with the game. Chess became the core of most of his friendships throughout high school and college and now, decades later, it continues to be a source of bonding with friends. Being more involved in chess communities has always been a goal, which led him to US Chess.
