US Chess Executive Board Calls a Special Delegates Meeting for June 1, 2024

In a vote of 8-0 on March 17, 2024, the Executive Board decided to convene a Special Delegates Meeting on June 1, 2024, for the singular purpose of supporting DM23-50 (Establish DC State Chapter Committee), to hear the report prepared by the committee formed by the DM enabling the Delegates to take further action as appropriate.

Notice of the meeting and its purposes and an agenda will be sent by mail to all delegates and alternate delegates at least 30 days before the meeting. Additional notification may be provided by e-mail. Further details will be sent to the Delegates regarding how to register for the special called meeting via Zoom. We request all State Chapters provide an updated list of Delegates to Click here to show email address by May 1, 2024, or to confirm by the same date that there are no changes to your 2023 list.
