Reality Check Author FM Melekhina to Teach July 16th Girls' Zoom

Author, FM and lawyer Alisa Melekhina will be the next guest in our weekly Girls Club Zoom sessions. This workshop, which is free to US Chess members will be held on July 16th, Thursday at 6 PM EDT.

Alisa is the author of "Reality Check" and she will talk about executing a plan.A recent guest on Ladies Knight, Alisa is also a founder of the Corporate Chess League and a frequent contributor to CLO. Sign up for her Thursday class here.

Last week's guest was WIM Beatriz Marinello, the first female president of US Chess. Beatriz spoke about overcoming obstacles, her work organizing the World Junior for Chessplayers with Disabilities. She also showed some excellent examples of rook activity in the attack.
