Ratings and Ratings Reports Issues (updated 9/29)

What is happening?

We are undergoing some technical difficulties related to tournament report uploads and ratings. All other US Chess functions should be working.

Why is this happening?

The servers that host these functions are located in an area affected by Hurricane Helene. This is why both we and our provider are having difficulty in fixing the problems.

When will this be fixed? 

We do not have an ETA on when this will be fixed, but we will provide updates on this story when they are available.
