Who is Element3 Health?

Element3 Health is a new type of health benefit that helps people get socially, physically, and mentally active by engaging in activities they love. During the pandemic, health plans realized that staying social and having fun is great for your overall wellness and now, Element3 Health works with these health plans to keep people engaged in these. Now, they're joining forces with US Chess to combine the joy of playing chess with the benefits of well-rounded health.

How It Works

Enrolling with Element3 Health is fast and simple.

Visit www.element3healthgroups.com/USChess or call (833) 203-1413 with your health plan ID and US Chess member number (found on your member dashboard) in hand to confirm eligibility. You’ll receive an email of your eligibility status within the following days.

There is no cost to you to enroll in this program, and the first 2,000 members who enroll have the option to enter to win a trip to the 2024 U.S. Open Championship (up to a $3,850 value)* which includes the entry fee, an 8-night stay at Sheraton Norfolk Waterside Hotel, a $500 Food credit, and Round-Trip Flight.

Once enrolled and eligible, you will have the opportunity to utilize our activity tracking tool to track all chess activities! As long as you continue to show activity, they will cover your membership dues as long as your health plan stays eligible.
