Dog Days Doubleheaders

Concord/Henniker/Hillsboro/Hopkinton/Goffstown/Manchester/Milford – USCF Rated Games – Wednesday Evenings

The Weare WoodPushers meet weekly on Wednesday evenings in Weare, NH for USCF rated OTB chess. New to OTB chess?  Come and get started with us.  Already expert? Come and farm us for rating points. :-)

Note - late joins to our currently ongoing Sultry Summer Slow tournament are possible

Format:   4SS - two rounds/week (rounds 1 & 2, Aug 30; rounds 3 and 4, Sep 6)

Time control: G/24+5 

Entry Fee: $3; Proceeds used to fund club expenses.

Byes:  Half-point byes/late joins allowed—TD discretion on byes for late joins to ensure fair groupings; 4th round byes only if not likely to affect first.  

Registration: 6:00-6:30 pm

Pairings & Play: 6:45 pm (first round); 8 pm (2nd round)

Prizes: Clear first = free entry for next tournament.

• USCF membership required; please renew/set up prior to arriving.
• Please bring equipment if you have it.
• Current published USCF ratings used for pairings; computer generated pairings subject to TD review & modification.
