Concord Area – USCF Rated Games – Wednesday Evenings

The Weare WoodPushers meet weekly on Wednesday evenings in Weare, NH.  We welcome skittles players *and* run USCF rated tournaments. 

Skittles Night:July 26.

Format:   4SS - one round/week (Starting 2 Aug ending 23 Aug)

Time control: G90+5 

Entry Fee: $5 (waived for full time students); Proceeds used to fund club expenses.

Byes:  Half-point byes may be requested (in advance, via email please); 4th round byes likely to affect 1st (TD judgement) will not be granted. In the event of an odd number of players, a full-point bye will be awarded for an odd player.  Max one full point bye per player.   

Registration: 6:00-6:30 pm

Pairings & Play: 6:45 pm

Prizes:  $10 for first, $5 or second.

Notes:  

• USCF membership required; please renew/set up prior to arriving.
• Please bring equipment if you have it; limited club equipment available.
• Current published USCF ratings used for pairings (July list); computer generated pairings subject to TD review & modification.
• Tiebreaks will follow USCF Rule 34E.
