Format: There will be TWO STAGES. A Qualifier Stage, and a Double Elimination Stage (lose two games and you're out).

When you register you will register for the "Swiss Qualifier" by default.

Qualifier Stage 1: 5 Rounds Swiss System, Blitz G/5+3 Round 1 will start promptly at 10 am & rounds continue as soon as possible for about an hour, followed by a short break. The top 16 advance to the Stage 2 double-elimination brackets.

Double Elimination Stage 2: Double Elimination Blitz G/5+3, ~7 rounds. Any ties will be broken with base G/5+0 armageddon. This may last about 2-2.5 hours.

Minimum 8 players, maximum 40 players.  If no more than 16 players register, the Qualifier Stage will be skipped and the prizes may be reduced.

Prize Fund: $300 based on 20 players. First Place: Championship Trophy + $150; Second Place: $100; Third Place: $50.

Entry Fee: $30; Online registration ends 1/4/25 @ 9:30am (on-site registration only from 9:30-10am and includes +$10 late fee, cash only.)
