* Unrated Players : may not win over $100 in the U1000, $200 in U1500, $300 in U1900.  If prize gets limited, remaining balance goes to next player(s) in line for prize eligibility.

** Mixed Doubles – no extra entry fee to declare as a “Mixed Doubles” Team.  Team declaration MUST be made, by informing Tournament Organizer (Beth Thrasher:   [email protected]), before play begins in Round 1.  Mixed Doubles Team Players may play in different sections, but will not be paired against each other if in the same section and must have an average rating <1800

*** BYES *** One half point bye is permitted for Rounds 1-4.  Bye MUST be requested 30 minutes before the start of Round 2 at the latest.

On-site Registration ends at 8:30am

There is no “Check-in” process.  If you are registered you are expected to play in Round 1.  If you are absent for Round 1, your game will be forfeited and you will be withdrawn.

$15 service charge for refunds.

FREE ENTRY for Titled Players (entry fee rate at time of registration will be deducted from winnings)

• $20 for Non-Festival Tournament Player Teams
