Five rounds, Swiss System, USCF rated

Three sections:
CHAMPIONSHIP (1600+): Open to USCF rated 1600 and above. 1st — $350 2nd — $175 3rd– $90 Top Under 1800 — $70 Top Senior — $70
RESERVE (U1600): Open to USCF rated between 1000 and 1599. 1st — $250 2nd — $125 3rd– $75 Top Under 1300 — $70 Top Senior — $70
BOOSTER (U1000): Open to USCF rated under 1000 and unrated. 1st — $175 2nd — $90 3rd– $75 Top Under 800 — $70

• All players’ official ratings will be used per the USCF rating supplement for the tournament month.
• Section will be assigned based on player’s rating. Players may enter next higher section if rating is within 100 of the section minimum.
• If unrated, live USCF ratings may be used at TD discretion.
• Prizes based on 50 registrations. Class prizes based on ratings as described above. Unrated players eligible only for place prizes.

Time Control: Round 1: G/60; inc. 30; Rounds 2-5: G/90; inc 30.
Entry Fee: $70.00 if pre-registered; $75.00 at the site. The field is limited to the first 50 registrants.
Registration: On-site registration ends at 9:40 am. All players, including pre-registrants, please check in by 9:45 am; please call/text if going to be late.
Rounds Schedule: Saturday 10:00am, 2:00pm, 7:00pm; Sunday 10:00am, 3:00pm
1/2-Pt. Byes: Available, limit two.  Must request 1/2-point byes before round 1 begins. 0-point byes available at any time for any round.
