FIDE rated. Only open to players with a current published rating 1300+ and must be 50+ years old. First 3 places free entry MCC Championship; 4th-6th place eligible for paid entry into MCC Championship (all after tiebreaks - TBD). Must be a club member to qualify. GM entry fee reimbursed upon completion of the tournament. The title of 2025 Marshall Chess Club Senior Champion goes to the highest placing club member.
Prizes: ($2000 b/30): $750-500-250; Top age 60-69: $250; Top age 70+: $250
Rounds: Fri: 7pm, Sat & Sun: 12:30 & 5:30pm.
