2023 SCC Championship

The A-State Scarlet Chess Club's championship tournament for the 2022-23 school year. The event location will be in the Black River and White River rooms of the Carl R. Reng Student Center on the A-State campus. Registration begins at 8am, with round times as follows.

Round 1 - 9:00 am
Round 2 - 10:15 am
Lunch - 11:30 am (not provided at event)
Round 3 - 1:00 pm
Round 4 - 2:15 pm
Round 5 - 3:30 pm

There are two divisions - rated and unrated. The unrated division has no entry fee and winners will receive trophies. The rated division has a $20 entry fee and requires USCF membership. Cash prizes for the rated division scale based on number of entries: $100 first place and $50 second place, based on 20 players.
