Wizards of the Mind Chess Club - Spring 2025 Scholastic Championship

USCF Rated Tournament: 4SS, G/25 d5 (4 rounds swiss (win or lose), 25 minutes per player per game, plus an extra 5 seconds delay per move)
Trophies to top 5 finishers, awards and medals to participants with 2.5 or more points in each section;
Section: Super-Stars (Under 1600) – Players rated under 1600 Registration: 9:00am-9:20am. Rounds start at 9:30am.
Section: All-Stars (Under 700) - Players rated under 700 Registration: 9:00am-9:20am. Rounds start at 9:30am.
Section: Rising-Stars (Under 400) - Players rated under 400 and unrated players who are looking to get rated. Registration: 2:00 - 2:20pm. Rounds start at 2:30pm.
Registration Details:
Entry Fee: $35 (paid by 5/25/2025); $40 (paid by 5/26/2025-5/31/2025); $50 (on-site 6/1/2025)

Special Info: For all players: Chess Sets and Boards will be provided. Chess clocks are also provided.
USCF membership will be required to participate. Ages 18 years old and under.
