Registration is open through final day, November 4 at 5 PM. 

 

Fee: Fall 2026 session is FREE. Activities: Classical Rated: G/60 d5 (60 minutes/player, 5 second delay), 1 game/meeting; USCF- and NE-rated activity; $10 OFF USCF ID purchase/renewal onsite. Novice Rated: G/25 d5 (25 minutes/player, 5 seconds delay), 2 games/meeting; NE-rated activity (if players agree, USCF-rated as well); Great for newer players. Casual Play: Arrive any time and play with available players in various unrated formats, i.e., ladder, Arena, elimination, etc. Speed Play: Offered at players’ request as side games or other format. USCF-rated, if players agree. Register: Please register here. Registration is required. Players can register for one activity initially and then make changes onsite. Notes: (1) Equipment: All equipment provided. Rated sections must use club scoresheet. (2) Late Arrival: For rated play, players may arrive up to 10 minutes late without time penalty. Thereafter, USCF rules apply. Players expecting to be late (or absent) should contact the organizer by 5 PM. For casual/unrated/optional play, participants may arrive at any time, but play will be limited to club hours. (3) USCF ID: For USCF-rated play, players must be USCF members with valid USCF IDs. CSCA offers a $10 discount on USCF ID purchases/renewals onsite, $15 for CSCA Premium Members. (4) Monrad Pairing: Monrad pairing format (1v2) will be used for rated play, to provide highest quality match ups every round. (5) Byes. Four ½ point byes available for any Rounds. (6) Solicitation Prohibited: CSCA Promotion Policy at CSCA Tournaments & Events is in effect. Please contact the CSCA for advertising and promotional opportunities.
