Anti-COVID measures & capacity restrictions:
All attendees must sign the Westfield Area Y's COVID-19 Waiver! form.jotform.com/201765326627054. Please do this online to avoid long lines & get the tournament started on time. If you are under age 18 a parent will have to sign for you. Everyone must also agree to the Y's Code Of Conduct.

Masking is mandatory.
No eating is permitted.

Maximum 46 players + limited number of guests (see below).
No walk-in players or unexpected visitors allowed!

Guest limits for players:
Adults: No guests allowed.
Age 10-17: 1 guardian permitted.
Under age 10: 1 guardian required.
Westfield YMCA members: No guest limitations.

All players & guests will be limited to areas designated for chess. Normally, this will be in the Kellogg rooms, 201-202 & the 2nd floor lounge. If the above are unavailable, chess will be in rooms 107-108 with 109 serving as the lounge.

The Westfield CC requires that you wear a mask (Bring your own. We are not supplying them.), reserves the right to require proof of vaccination (this may be implemented in time for 2/6) & reserves the right to eject or refuse those who are non-compliant.

3 Sections: Open, Under 1800, Under 1200

Rounds - 11:45 a.m., 1:30, 3:15 p.m.

Register - At forms.gle/y76YjbXhgJQ8Jtxp8. Registration will be closed when the player limit is reached or at 11:59 p.m. on Friday 2/4.
Absolutely no walk-in entry! To give all interested parties the opportunity to participate, for the time being, players are not allowed to compete in consecutive events. If this restriction is lifted an announcement will be posted in our LiChess forum & Facebook group.

$24 for Westfield CC or Westfield YMCA members.
$19 if you are a member of our club & the Westfield YMCA (Proof of Y membership required).
Must be received by 2 p.m. on Saturday 2/5.
