Enhanced Grand Prix

4 round Swiss System

3 sections:  Open Section; Under 1800; and Under 1500 Section

Prize Fund:  Open Section:  $350-250-150 Guaranteed ($750 Total Guaranteed)

Under 1800 Section:  $320 total b/8 entries in Under 1800 Section

Under 1500 Section:  $320 total b/8 entries in Under 1500 Section

Registration and Entry Fee:

$40 Online by May 17 (6pm), or 

$65 Onsite registration 9:00-9:30 morning of tournament; mandatory 1st round half point bye likely. 

Masters play for free; $40 deducted from prize.

USCF membership required.

NO Residency or Requirements: Open to all players 

Time Control:  All sections G/60; delay 5.  Each player receives 60 minutes plus a 5 second delay to complete each game.

Onsite registration 9:00-9:30 morning of tournament; mandatory 1st round half point bye likely.

4 round Swiss System; Round Schedule:

1st Round 10am;

2nd Round 1pm;

3rd Round 3:30pm;

4th Round 6pm

Optional half point bye allowed for any round declared before Round 2.

Cash prizes in Under 1800 Section based on 8 entries in U1800: $140-100-80 

Cash prizes in Under 1500 Section based on 8 entries in U1500: $140-100-80

USCF Regular rating used for section eligibility, pairings, and prizes (May 2024 rating list).
