Concord/Henniker/Hillsboro/Hopkinton/Goffstown/Manchester/Milford – USCF Rated Games – Wednesday Evenings

The Weare WoodPushers meet weekly on Wednesday evenings in Weare, NH for USCF rated OTB chess. New to OTB chess?  Come and get started with us.  Already expert? Come and farm us for rating points <-- but don't tell Vlad!. :-)

Format:  3SS, one round per week (depending upon participation, and if all agree, may be extended one week or converted to Quads)

Time Control: G/60;+10 

Entry Fee: $2; Proceeds used to fund club expenses.

Byes:  Half-point byes by request/late joins allowed—TD discretion on bye assignments for late joins to ensure appropriate groupings; last round byes only if not likely to affect first.  

Registration: 6:00-6:30 pm

Pairings & Play: 6:45 pm.  Currently in-effect ratings will be normally used for pairings as usual; however, at the TD's discretion, new/still-unrated players may be paired according to chess.com/lichess/pending ratings.  

Prizes: Clear first = free entry for next tournament.
