 Welcome to the UVSCC Restructured Swiss tournament! This tournament is open to all skill and experience levels.

Spanish Fork Library in the Heritage Room on the Second Floor

80 S Main Street, Spanish Fork, UT 84660

This is a USCF Rated Event.  All participants must be registered with USCF.

Time Controls: G/25+5 (25 Minute game with 5 second increment)

Format: 4 Round Swiss System

Registration Fees:

Early Registration(paid before 11:59 PM 11/20): $10

Day of payment(registration closes 11/21 at 10:15): $15

Maximum Participants: 50

Materials: Please bring a tournament board and Clocks.  They will not be provided.

Sections: Open, U1000(Sections will be combined if there are less than 25 paid entries)

Players Will be Divided into Sections Automatically
 

Based on 34+ Paid Entries Prizes:

Top Sect. - 1st $40, 2nd 20, 3rd 10

Second Sect. - 1st $30, 2nd 15

Third Section - 1st $20, 2nd 10

18-33 Paid Entries Prizes:

Top Sect. - 1st $40, 2nd 20, 3rd 10

Second Sect. - 1st $20, 2nd 10

Less than 18 Paid entres Prizes:

First Place: $20

Second Place: $10

 

In case of ties: Rule 32b2

Schedule:

Round 1: 10:30

Round 2: 11:45

Round 3: 1:00

Round 4: 2:15

Awards: 3:30

Zero point byes are available if you cannot play a round.
