• Online Registration closes at midnight on the day of tournament.
• Onsite registration is subject to availability (additional fee incurred).
• Late fees applied starting 11/29.

Schedule:

• 3 schedules available:
  • 3-day starting 1/3 at 5pm
  • 2-day starting 1/4 at 9am
  • 1-day on 1/4 and 1/5 at 9am
• One ½-point Bye is available for any round (bye must be requested at least 30 min before that round's start except last round byes; last round bye must be requested latest before Round 3)
• 0-point Byes are available for any round

Awards:

• Personal trophies to all players with a winning record.
• Medals to all others.
• Team Trophies to all schools & clubs with 2 or more players in a section.
• Maximum one trophy per player.
• Sizes of trophies will vary based on standings.

Sections:

• The sections are based on age (on 12/31/24) and December Supplement Rating (live rating on 11/21/24).
• Players will be placed into sections based on published USChess rating supplement

• 3-day: 111

• 1-day: 77

Other requirements:

• USCF membership must be active
