Unity Chess Sunday Weekly

The Unity Sunday Weekly is our most popular weekly event!

A four round Swiss tournament played in 2 sections - Open & U1400, beginning at 2:15pm, every Sunday of the year! Each player receives 30 minutes with a 5 second time increment. USCF Rated. Current USCF Membership is required. All USCF Tournament Rules apply, tournament director's decisions are final. Notation required for all sections.

Time Control: G/30;+5 (30 minutes + 5 second increment)

Entry Fee: $25 (or 1 unit)

Champion of the Year

The Champion of the Year title will be awarded to players who have accumulated the most points throughout the calendar year in our Unity Sunday Weekly tournaments. Top 10 players in each section will be awarded a Big Trophy for their outstanding performance throughout the year.

Top Player in each section will also receive the following cash prizes:

• Open: $200
• U1400: $150

Players can register for these tournaments through King Registration website. Unity chess players can send a message in the Telegram group to use their units and join the tournament.
