Time Control: 4Rds: G/30 min+5 second delay. Rated, USCF rules. Notation required. Bring chess set, clock and notation. None provided.
Sections: U2050: Must be rated 1600+ to register. U1700: Must be rated 1000+ to register. 1 half point allowed. Must let me know before the start of round 2.
Registration: $45 by 1/20, after $50. No onsite reg. Reg ends 1/22/2027 10pm. A limit of 50 participants. $10 refund fee

Saturday Classical 1/23/2027. Please arrive by 10:25am. 1st round begins at 10:45am sharp! Tournament held in the 1st floor multipurpose room.
Prizes: Based on 40 participants U2050: 1st Place $200+Trophy. U1700: 1st Place $200+Trophy. Best U1450: 1st Place $125+Trophy. Best Female Player overall sections $75. New $25 Invictus Prize for players that defeat all their foes & $25 No Mercy Prize for players that win tiebreak! All tiebreaks determined by a G/11 minute rapid match unless players agree to share prize. All winners inducted into ChessMinds Hall of Fame. 60% of total prize fund Guaranteed.
