WHAT IS A QUAD??????:
Quads will be created by listing all players in rating order and dividing in groups of 4 from the top.
If total number of registered players is not a multiple of 4, then the lowest rating group will play a 3 round swiss.
(For example: if 18 players are registered, there will be:
Quad 1 - top 4 rated players,
Quad 2 - next 4 highest rated players,
Quad 3 - next 4 players in rating order,
Quad 4 - the last 6 lowest rated players)
