Texas Lone Star Championship- $1200

The Texas Lone Star Championship will be held from February 20th-21st at the Tru and Home2 Suites by Hilton near the DFW Airport.

The event will be 5 rounds with time control G/90;+30. Round times: Saturday: 9:00am, 2:00pm, 7:00pm. Sunday: 9:00am, 2:00pm.

Sections are Championship (2000+), Intermediate (1400-1999), and Novice (U1400). All sections are USCF Rated and the championship section is also FIDE Rated. Players may play up by 100 rating points. 

This event is closed to the first 40 players registered

$1,200 will be awarded based on full turnout, (40 players). Plaques will be awarded to top 3 players in every section, plaques must be claimed at the event and will not be shipped afterwards.
