Tampa Champions Wednesday USCF Standard Rated Quad- 9/23/26

Welcome to the Tampa Champions Wednesday Quad! Currently the only weekday event in Tampa for standard USCF rated games.

6:30-9:30pm, Wednesdays

3 rounds. 

Time control: 25 minutes, 5 second delay

$15 entry fee, $30 prize for winning the Quad. Must play all 3 rounds! 

Players must arrive by 6:30pm or check-in with via text or email. Rounds start promptly at 6:45pm!

Must have a USCF membership. 

What is a quad tournament?

Players are ranked by rating and put into groups of 4 ("Quads"). Everyone plays the others in the group once, to have 3 games with similarly skilled opponents.

Players who have never played a USCF tournament before will be grouped based on their highest Chess.com or Lichess online rating.
