Rounds & Times:
Check-in & On-site registration will be available from 8:00–9:30AM
*First Round Begins at 10:00 am, Awards after Final Rounds
K5, K8, K12 will play 4 rounds, G/30;d10. No eliminations.
Rated Quads will play 3 Rounds, G/40;d10
Chess sets (board/pieces/clocks) will be provided

** WHAT IS A QUAD ** ?????? :
Quads will be created by listing all players in rating order and dividing into groups of 4 from the top.
If total number of registered players is not a multiple of 4, then the lowest rating group will play a 3 round swiss.
(For example: if 18 players are registered, there will be:
Quad 1 - top 4 rated players,
Quad 2 - next 4 highest rated players,
Quad 3 - next 4 players in rating order,
Quad 4 - the last 6 lowest rated players)
