St. Augustine Spring Chess Tournament (Rated, Unrated, Team & Individual) ALL AGES

Unrated Grade divisions:   10am-2pm   (check in at least a half hour before).

USCF Rated divisions:   9am-3pm   (check in at least a half hour before).

Students from all schools welcome, homeschool included. All levels. All grades.

Adults welcome in the USCF rated divisions.

Unrated Grade divisions: K-3, K-5, K-8, K-12.

Players may play in a higher division than their grade if they choose, but will earn points for their school team according to their actual grade. Players will play 5 games each, Swiss-paired, G20+5 format, with prizes for the winners. Notation not required.

Rated divisions:   U700,  U1100,  Open.

For those who want the tournament to count towards their rating. USCF membership and notation required. Players will play 4 games each, Swiss-paired, G30+10 format, with prizes for the winners. Rounds will be 9am, 10:30am, 12pm, 1:30pm.

Cost: $25/player  ($20/player on or before April 1)

Sibling/need discounts/scholarships available on request.

1 snack & 1 bottled water provided for each player. Concessions & pizza also for sale.
