Seniors' UCSF-rated Online Chess Tournament

Seniors’ Online Chess Tournament (USCF-rated)  – Tuesday, June 10th at 7 pm Eastern Standard Time.

Make sure to complete the registration and join the tournament by 6.30 pm on the day of the tournament.

• Seniors’ Online Chess Tournament is open to players aged 50 or over on 31st December 2025.
• This tournament will feature Swiss pairings. There will be 4 rounds. Games will be played on Lichess online chess platform.
• The time control will be game in 15 minutes with a 5-second increment. Rounds will start as soon as possible after all the games have ended.
• Start time: The tournament will begin at 7 pm Eastern Standard Time and end around 9 pm Eastern Standard Time.
• This tournament will be USCF online quick rated. An active USCF membership is required. You can join the USCF or renew an expired USCF membership at this link:  http://new.uschess.org/join-us-chess. You can choose 1 or 2 years plan.
• Before signing up for the tournament, please register for a free https://lichess.org account. Please provide your lichess username in the “Lichess username” field when you complete the registration form.
• Entry fee: $10 before June 7th, $15 thereafter.
• There is a $25 prize for the winner.
• There will be game analysis with a WFM, National Chess Master after the tournament.
