REGISTRATION PROCESS

SCHEDULE

• ARRIVAL: First round starts at 12:00 pm, please arrive by 11:45 am
• END TIME: Tournament is expected to be done by 3:30 pm, lower rated sections most likely will finish much earlier (by 2;30 pm).
• AWARDS CEREMONY:  Right after all the games in that section are done.

SECTIONS

• OPEN:  Recommended for ratings over 700, advanced scholastic players, any grade. Max rating for this event is 1400 USCF.
• U700:  Recommended for experienced scholastic players, any grade. Max rating for this section is 699 USCF
• U400:  Recommended for beginners scholastic players. Max rating for this section is 399 USCF.
• We reserve the right to change sections and move some participants if sections are uneven

• USCF rated as Regular/Quick

BYES

• NO 1/2 PT BYES ALLOWED

AWARDS

• TOP 5 of each section get trophies
   

ENTRY FEE​

• ENTRY FEE: $30 until September 20th
  Entry fee is $45 if registering on the date of the event. 
  
  If choosing to pay by Zelle/Venmo, make sure to include the name of the player/section.
  If your payment has not been received, the name will be removed from the registration.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

In addition to Credit Card transactions, you can send us Venmo/Zelle payments if you wish. In the [Entry Type] chose [VENMO/ZELLE] option.
