RATING & SECTION POLICY

For this tournament, PUBLISHED RATINGS ONLY will be used for section placement. Live ratings will NOT be used.

The Tournament Director will assign each player to the appropriate section based on the higher of the player’s current published rating or any published rating within the previous six months. Players may play up one section if they are within 100 rating points of that section’s minimum rating; otherwise, they will be placed in their appropriate section by the TD.

No exceptions. Final section assignments will be determined by the Tournament Director.

REGISTRATION

$25 if registered by October 18, 2026
$35 after October 18, 2026

Advance registration required. No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tournament.

🎃 HALLOWEEN COSTUME AWARD

Costumes are encouraged! A special $50 Best Costume Award will be presented, with voting by the Tournament Directors and spectators. Additional details and voting instructions will be announced on tournament day.
