2. Under 1500: USCF rated, membership required.  4 round Swiss. Rds 9:30 a.m., 1:15 p.m., 3:45 p.m., 6:30 p.m., Sat. Time control: G/65 with 5 second delay.  Prizes:  1st: $100, 2nd $75, 3rd: $50, 4th: $25. 3. Unrated Beginner:  For kids just getting started in tournament play. $10 entry  fee. Register online at https://www.kingregistration.com/event/quadcitychessclassic2023 or at door from 8:30-9:30 a.m. 4 round Swiss-style tournament. Additional information: Byes: One 1/2 point bye per player. Last round bye must be requested prior to the start of the 1st round. Byes for all other rounds  must be requested 1 hour prior to the start of the round.  USCF ratings used for pairing rank and prizes. Players must turn in a scoresheet for every game.
