Schedule: Sat. Rd 1 - 10:00 a.m., Subsequent Rounds ASAP, Lunch 11:30-12:30.
Three Sections: Open, Under 1600 (based on the USCF May Supplement), Scholastic (U1000).
Prizes: 60% of entries returned as prizes. Prize amounts based on 40.
Open 1st, $200 (with Trophy and title of Planet Earth Chess Champion!); 2nd, $150; 3rd $100; Top Under 2000, $100.
UNDER 1600: 1st $200, 2nd $150, Class prizes: U1200, $100; Top Scholastic, $100.
SCHOLASTIC (U1000): Trophies to Top 3, Top K-5
ENTRY FEE: $50 Advance Entry, $60 on-site. ($10 less for scholastic section.) Lunch included in Entry for the player. Additional lunch will cost $10.
