Format: Five Round Swiss.                                                      

Time Control: G/90, +30 (2-day option, Rds 1-2 G/60 d10)

3-day schedule: Registration ends Fri 6 pm – Rounds: Fri 7 pm, Sat 11 am & 5 pm, Sun 1 pm & 6 pm.

2-day schedule: Registration ends Sat 10 am – Rounds: Sat 11 am, 2 pm & 5 pm, Sun 1 pm & 6 pm.

Prizes: $6000 (based on 80 players)

Open (FIDE rated): $1000, $500, $300, top U2100 $200

Under 2000:             $700, $500, $300, top U1700 $200

Under 1500:             $500, $400, $200, top U1200 $150

Under 1000:             $400, $300, $200, top U700 $150

Entry Fee:    $120 by Wednesday, $130 after or on-site, WGM & IM & GM free ($100 prize deduction)

Half point byes are allowed, must be requested before round 2 pairings are posted, the limit is 2.

• Playing up is allowed, must be 1800 or higher to play in the Open section; must be within 100 ratings for other sections.
• January Supplement ratings will be used.
• Unrated players must play in the U1000 section.

**Bring chess boards and chess clocks. None provided. Also, an active USCF membership is required.

** Blitz Tournament on Saturday 1/27 at 9:30pm, registration ends at 9:15pm.
