National Chess Day Fall Open Quads

Entry Fee: $30 online or early; $40 on site. GMs/IMs free entry, $30 deducted from prize. US Chess membership required, TCA membership required for TN residents.

Format: QUADS - Players are divided into groups of four based on their rating. For example, the four highest-rated players form Quad 1, the next four form Quad 2, and so on.

Pairings: Within each quad, every player plays against the other three players (a round robin). That means each player gets 3 games in total.

Time Control: G60/+5

Rounds: 9:00am, 12:30pm, 3:00pm (all times in Central Time)

Prizes: 1st Place in each Quad wins $100
Bonus Prize: Any perfect 3.0 score wins an additional $20!
