Event Overview

EF: Free.  4SS. G/30;d5.  6 sections: Awe (Adults Welcome). King (USCF 1300-1699), Queen (USCF 900-1299), Rook (USCF 500-899), kNight (USCF Under 500), Pawn (USCF Under 300; must be in grade 3 or below).  Trophies to 1st, 2nd and 3rd each section.  Medals won by scoring 2.5 or more points.  Must be member of USCF.  More than half price on USCF membership available on site. $9 to join or renew for scholastic members.

All play 4 Games.  To be fair to all you do not have to play any games against players in another section.  Exception: There must be at least 6 players in any section of sections may be combined.  You can see who has signed in on the website www.chesstrm.org/NYC/    Check that any entries you make are correctly entered.

Games are at 11:00, 12:00, 1:30 and 2:30.  Players must check in before 10:30 so the pairings for who you play only include those who are present.

To enter: register by email to mcmanusj363@gmail.com.  Give your name and uscf id# (or indicate NEW if joining on site).  Tell the section you would like to play.  For new or unrated players beginners might choose the kNight section, while good players the Rook section and very good players the Queen section.
