Murfreesboro Monthly Blitz (or Quick Tournament)

• Quick events happen less frequently and might be announced spontaneously.

• Last Thursday of every month (except in November).

• Rated by the USCF, a.k.a., US Chess; their membership required.

• 12 rounds max.

• Provisions will try to be met for any player with particular needs for health or otherwise.

• Round Robin(s): Sectioned by TD (3 Round Swiss for Quick Events).

• Time Control: 3+2 (or 15+5 for Quick Events).

• Registration: 6:00 PM - 7:15 PM.

• Rounds: Round 1 @ 7:30 PM (next rounds a.s.a.p. to completion).

• Entry Fee: $6.00 cash @ site (please bring correct amount).

• Prize Fund: 65% returned (remaining for rating fees & church donation).
