Sections

Players will all play in a single section.

Registration

Players may register early or onsite until the second round starts, or until 11:45, whichever comes later. Entry fees ($5) may be paid in person or online at the request of the player, providing the tournament organizer has the ability to receive the payment.

Rounds

Players will play 4 rounds of G/25;+5. Round times are expected to be at 10:30, 11:45, 1:30, and 2:45, outside factors permitting. There will be 30 minutes allotted for a lunch break in between rounds 2 and 3. Players may leave for lunch as soon as their round 2 game concludes.

Details

• Byes - one 1/2 point bye is allowed if requested before the start of round 2. After the start of round 2, any byes requested become irrevocable.
• Equipment - please brings chess clocks, sets, and pens if you have them.
• Late Arrival - Players who are running late should contact the tournament director. They may request to have a half point bye or to be paired for the round.
• Tournament director will also be playing in the tournament.
• Space at the tournament venue is limited, please pre-register to ensure we have a spot for you.
