Advanced Section:

Number of rounds - 4, Time Control - G/40;d5

Round timings: 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 3:30 PM

ALL Other Sections:

Number of rounds - 5, Time Control - G/25;d5

Round Timings: 9:00 AM, 10:30 AM, 12:30 PM, 2:00 PM, 3:30 PM

Lunch Time: 12:00 PM- 12:30 PM. Food will be available for purchase at the venue. Please pre-order in the morning to avoid rush at lunchtime.

All the players will be in the 'Entry List' section during registration. Final sections will be formed based on player ratings.

An awards ceremony will be held immediately after all games in a section finish.  Every participant gets a medal. Trophies are awarded to top players in each section. Top 5 Team Trophies!

This tournament is USCF-rated. Electronic notation devices permitted.

Limit two half-point byes. Byes must be committed 1 hr before rounds start. After that time, only zero point byes are allowed.

Entry fee: $40 by 01/11/26, $50 on or after 01/12/26 (on-site registration closes 1 hr before round 1).

Please note that all registration deadlines are in EST.

Withdrawals requested via email before NOON on Friday 01/16/26 are eligible for a refund (minus a $10 processing fee). Full credit can be applied to any future ACA tournament. No refunds for USCF memberships after purchased from USCF.
