LP Open #2

The Winston-Salem Chess Club will have a tournament at time controls of Game / 45 minutes, with increment, over 3 rounds, in October 2026. The first round will be at 10:15 AM, and the tournament should conclude by 5 PM. Use the registration link on our website to pre-register. Registration on site may result in a first-round bye. Other half point byes among individual rounds can also be requested. Boards and clocks will be available at the tournament. There will be at least 2 sections, with a minimum prize fund of $60 each, depending on number of registrants for the event. Those with additional questions can email Click here to show mail address. USCF membership is required for players. The entry fee will be $15 for members of the Winston Salem chess club, $30 if not a WS Chess member.
