Lexington October Scholastic Tournament, A National Chess Day Event

Late Registration at 8:00 AM Round 1 begins at 8:30 AM

We expect most players will be finished before 3:00 PM

Sections and time controls: K-3, K-5, K-8, K-12: 5 rounds in each section, G/30; d5

Sections may be combined if necessary. Players still compete for prizes in their grade section only, even in a combined section.

Entry Fee: $30 per player online by 8:00 PM Friday 10/13, $35 for onsite entry

Trophies: 4 in each section. There will be additional prizes depending on the number of entries.

Refunds: There are no cash refunds. A credit will be given to anyone who withdraws via E-mail by 8:00 PM Friday 10/13. The credit is good at either the 11/11/23 or the 1/20/24 tournament as long as you enter via E-mail by noon on the Monday before the tournament.
