K-12 Under 1200 Swiss on Saturday, 1/18 at 9am

Join us on 1/18 for four rounds (games) of non-elimination scholastic chess!

Three Sections: K-3 Under 400, K-6 under 700 and K-12 Under 1200

Time Control: Game/25 minutes; delay/5 seconds

Prizes: Trophies to top three individuals and top team in each section.

Additional: Sets, boards, clocks, pencils and scoresheets provided for all players. Free WiFi for parents, with plenty of space for families to wait while the children are playing. This is a large and very comfortable venue for scholastic chess.

This is a great event for experienced players and those new to tournament chess. Chief TD Stephen Lorimor will explain the tournament rules, how the clocks work as well as tournament etiquette. There will also be a chance for players to ask a question before round one begins.
