Tournament Schedule

Day: Second and Fourth Saturday of the month

Time: 11:00am

Location: Temecula Chess Club

Participants must arrive 5 to 15 minutes before the tournament begins. The first round will start promptly at 11:00 AM, and the clock will begin running as soon as the round starts.

Tournament Information

Participants:

This is for TCC members ages 17 and below with USCF Quick rating of 1300 or less. A player who surpassed 1300 in the midst of the season will be allowed to continue to play and will be eligible in that season's finals. Participants is required to have a USCF number from the US Chess Federation and must be a TCC Member.

Format:

The event is a 4 round Swiss.

Players qualify for season finals each three months by accumulating five points total throughout the regular season.

Time Control:

15 minutes for each side, i.e. G/15.

Ratings:

Event is United States Chess Federation Quick rated.

Prizes:

Medals for the top 3 participants
