FORMAT: This will be an adults-only (18+) USCF-rated "quads" format, which means we'll pair you with 3 others around your same rating and you'll each play 3 games against the other players in your "quad".  As this is a USCF-rated event, all players must have a current USCF membership to participate (www.uschess.org). This event will be dual-rated - meaning both your USCF regular and quick ratings will be affected by the results. Quad pairings will be determined based on the higher of your current USCF quick vs regular rating. REGISTER HERE

 

TIME CONTROL: G/15+15 (each side has 15 minutes to make all moves, plus a 15-second increment added with each move played).

 
TIEBREAKS: Tiebreaks will be determined by 1) results between tied players, then 2) a G/5 blitz tiebreak game, then (if blitz game is a draw), 3) a G/3 bullet game.
 
CHECK-IN / TIMING: 6:00-6:15 PM. Please be on time! And please be prepared to play all 3 rounds.

Withdrawals in round 2 or 3 disrupt the round-robin pairings and force others in a quad to take a bye
they may not want. Thank you!

 
IMPORTANT: This form must be submitted no later than Tuesday, 11/18 at 9 pm to enroll. Late entries will be considered as alternates only.
