Tournament & Community Gathering - First Round starts at 10:00am  

• Advance Entry Fee $43 - Online Registration - By Friday 12midnight deadline. Advance Entry Fee ends at 12midnight on Friday.   https://chessearth.com/tornado-registration/

• On-Site Entry Fee $50 - On-Site Registration - By 9:30am Saturday morning deadline.  Registration for the Tornado ends at 9:30am Saturday. Credit Cards,  PayPal, CashApp, Zelle, Apple Pay and Cash accepted at the tournament site. 

4-Round Swiss - G/45  d/5  - Each player receives 45 minutes with a 5-second delay. A Tornado is a one-day tournament where you play four games. Cash Prizes and Awards are given at the end of the tournament based on your final score.

The Open Section Features a Master Bounty Prize  - Upset #1 Master in the tournament and win $100, draw the Master and win $50. If the Master wins all the games, then he/she wins the $100.

• USCF Rated Tournament. Join/Renew USCF Membership at Registration
• 1/2 Point Bye is available; if notified before Round 2
• Prizes Fund based on 70 players
• Bring Chess Clock & Chess Set

Top Under 1701   - $100

• Any player can play in the Open Section, there are no rating restrictions.
