• Four Rounds - Swiss Pairings
• G/45+15
• US Chess Dual Rated (Quick + Regular)

Sections & Prizes: (based on 40 full-priced entries)

Entry:

• FREE ENTRY for new US Chess members; see next section for details.

• FREE ENTRY for Masters (USCF 2200+); $30 deducted from prizes.

• Regular Entry: $30
• Players under 1300 may play in either section.

Special Offer to New US Chess Members:

• New US Chess members play FREE if joining the US Chess Federation for the first time through this affiliate with a 1-year membership.
• Your membership will be activated on the month of the tournament unless you specify an earlier date.

• New members must play in the Open section unless proof is provided of a Chess.com blitz/rapid rating below 1600 or a Lichess blitz/rapid rating below 1800. 

• Unrated players will only be eligible for place prizes in the Open section.

Tiebreaks:

• Cash prizes will be distributed per USCF cash prize rules and will not be affected by tiebreaks of any kind.

Additional Information:

• Boards and pieces provided. Players must bring their own clocks.

• USCF membership required; Join/renew during registration.
• Players must be familiar with the USCF's Official Rules of Chess
• 1/2-point byes available for rounds 1-4 prior to round pairing.
• 1/2-point bye for last round must be requested prior to round 1.
• Limited space available. Registration subject to early closure.
• Unrated players must play in the Open section to compete for prizes.
• Top boards in Open section will be broadcast live online!
